Your privacy
punatic.org makes free games you play in your browser. We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and there are no ads.
Last updated October 21, 2026. Questions or requests: hello@punatic.org
The short version
- We count visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- If you put your name on a high-score board, that name is public.
- If you leave your email for a launch, we use it only to tell you about that, and every email has a one-click remove link.
- Your saved games stay in your own browser.
- No ads, no selling or sharing your information.
What we collect, and why
Visit counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you, and doesn't follow you to other websites. It tells us things like page views, roughly which country visits come from, the type of browser and device, and which site sent you here.
Running the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, it handles your IP address to deliver pages to you and to block attacks and spam.
High scores
When you post a Punatic score, we save the name you choose, your score and a few run details (like the day you finished and how much you sold). The name and score show on the public board. To stop spam we also store a scrambled code made from your connection, rather than your IP address itself, and use it only to limit how many scores come from one place.
Launch emails
If you use a "Tell me when it launches" or "Hear about new games" form, we save your email address, which list you joined, the date, and the same scrambled connection code to stop spam. We use your address only to email you about that list. We don't share it or sell it. Every email includes a link that takes you off the list straight away, and you can also ask us at hello@punatic.org.
Online play
When you play online in our games (for example Ironhand or Moku), your moves, the player name you choose and any chat messages go through our game servers so the other players can see them. Names and ratings on public leaderboards, such as Ironhand's ranked ladder, are visible to everyone.
Saved games and settings
Your saved games and settings are kept in your own browser's storage on your device. They aren't sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Emails you send us
If you write to hello@punatic.org, we see your email address and message, and use them only to reply.
Cookies
Our pages don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use our private "count me out" switch (meant for the people who make the games), it sets one small cookie, notrack, that tells our pages not to count your visits.
Other companies involved
- Cloudflare hosts the site, the games and their data, and provides the visit counts.
- Google Fonts supplies the lettering on our pages, so your browser contacts Google to load it.
We don't use advertising networks, and we don't share your information with anyone else.
Removing your information
To leave an email list, use the remove link in any email from us, or the "Remove me" link shown when you signed up. To remove a high-score entry, or for anything else, email hello@punatic.org and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
